Nothing but good things to say about Early Bird. They always have great customer service. Tried the Cooke Butter latte for the first time and it was soooo good! Might be my new fav!

Customer service goes along way for me. I stopped here on a very BUSY morning. I did wait in line for a very long time but it was worth the wait. My horchata latte was perfect and this was my first visit here. I even got to try a horchata sample at the register. I will definitely return to get my horchata latte fix and try some of the pastries!

One of my favorite places for an almond milk latte. The staff is so friendly and makes sure everything exceeds expectations.

Really good coffee but they have limited seating so make sure you get there early! I tried their lavender latte and it was good. I usually don't enjoy lavender much because it is a bit overpowering but I enjoyed the drink. The workers are really nice and gave us recommendations and the inside is super cute with lots of natural lighting, great for working. The tables are quite small so I wouldn't come with more than 2 people if you are planning on working.

Service is fast and impeccable. Such a nice spacious spot with plenty of seating. Their coffee is amazing and espresso is just right with plenty of options of drinks and pastries too!

For real a 10/10 coffee shop. Everything is made perfectly and staff is so kind. Love the owners y'all are doing great! Very thoughtful when it comes to customer satisfaction!

Early Bird Coffee is hands down my favorite coffee shop in San Antonio. From their drinks to their pastries, everything is delicious. All of their flavored syrups are house made and taste amazing! The staff is super friendly and attentive when ordering. My go-to drink is an Iced Latte with Earl Grey syrup and oat milk and my favorite pastry is the cinnamon sugar croissant. I love that they have unique syrup flavors in comparison to most coffee shops I've been to in and out of San Antonio. They have seating indoors and outdoors, but do get quite busy most days and are packed on the inside. Whenever the weather is nice, I love coming here to study or work outside in the shade.

I remember when this location was a Starbucks. I also remember when Early Bird was an airstream trailer just across the parking lot. We've been EB fans since the beginning, and we're happy they finally got the "brick and mortal" location. This is the perfect space for a coffee shop; lots of natural light, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I wish there were more options of comfortable, "stay awhile" seating, but ya gotta work with the space you have. I get it. Although everyone I've ever encountered here is friendly and the coffee is consistently tasty, there is one complaint, and it's recurring. The coffee making process just takes too long. For example, this morning I picked up a drink for my wife on my way home and I waited 15 minutes, and it wasn't even as busy as they can be... Love the place, but think twice if you're looking for a quick in/out.

the iced lavender Matcha, which quickly became the highlight of my visit. As someone who always judges coffee shops by the quality of their Matcha, I can confidently say that Earlybird's version is truly exceptional--smooth, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. I also decided to try their signature Everything Danish. It was a revelation: the perfect blend of savory and sweet. The savory notes of the everything seasoning paired beautifully with the subtly sweet cream cheese center, creating a unique flavor profile that's unlike anything I've ever experienced. Overall, Earlybird Coffee offers a truly inviting space and a menu full of surprising delights. Whether you're there to work or simply enjoy a great cup of Matcha and a delicious treat, this little gem is definitely worth a visit.

Honestly, the coffee scene in San Antonio is pretty great. Early bird was on my "coffee I need to try" list, while I was visiting and yes....just yes, go check it out. I had the brown sugar cinnamon latte with almond milk and it was delightful. Service was great and the space was super cute. I will be returning when I head back to Texas
